Return Policy

Due to industry standards and hygiene reasons, our cosmetic products can only be exchanged if they are damaged, faulty and or incorrectly supplied.

Our customers have 7 days upon receival of the purchased item to request for a return.

 

To request a return, send an email to info@naturallythembz.com with an order number. Your request will be reviewed, and you will be notified of the outcome through an email. If your request has been approved the full price of the purchased product will be provided in a gift voucher or deposited to the bank account used to purchase.

Cost related to shipping and delivery are not refundable.

 

Refund

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or rejected. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 30 days.

Inspect your order upon receival; if the purchased item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us immediately and then request a return within 7 days.

Once your return is approved, and a gift voucher is provided, make another purchase on the website.
